TOR and Trailing Stop loss fields

1. Add small display attribute TOR ( total open risk )

This will be total value of addition of all stop loss values of open trades and its percentage to account value .

E.g. TOR 7500 and TOR% is 2%

2. Add input field for trailing stop loss .

TOR should be addition of all trailing stop losses since once position moves to 1:1 risk reward , we can start trailing stop losses . By default trailing stop loss = initial stop loss .
