The “Send Email to Support” tab is currently not working. Please provide a direct support email ID along with the customer care number so users can easily raise their concerns. This will help improve user trust in the product.
I just checked on multiple devices, its taking the users to “support@journalplus.co”.
What device are you using? Was it working fine on this device previously?
I will that we explicitly mention “support@journalplus.co” here.

Hi Javed, thanks for the clarification. I’ve tried it on my Windows laptop and Chrome browser multiple times but it’s not taking me to the email page. Yes, it was working for me previously. It is working from my mobile browser.
