Ranking/ percentile of Traders

As u have the data.. based on portfolio returns u can give percentile to a portfolio by returns. Trader will come to know his standing or returns with respect to other traders. Like if trader return is in top percentile he will be confident. If his return in low percentile he will try to improve his strategy.
