CANNOT ACCESS A/C AFTER PURCHASE

After completing the purchase I cannot access my account using my registered email. It is not sending me any email links to reset my password, at this point I am not even sure I have an account. I hope this issue is resolved by the support team as soon as possible. This sort of experience is not acceptable or desirable from a product so mature.
